Kosmicki of Madison, Wisconsin; her granddaughter Jade Kosmicki; and her sisters, Jeannie Yelland of Illinois, Linda Arcos of Illinois and Jackie Rekowski of Wisconsin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many friends and relatives.
