She was predeceased by: her parents, Lula Mae and Leroy Smith. She is survived by: her children, Charles Smith of Jacksonville, FL and Angel Smith of Paducah, KY; her siblings, Wilma J. Johnson of Paducah, KY, Barbara Holder of Robinsdale, MN, Diane Purnell of Gary, IN, Kent J. Smith of Paducah, KY and Darwin A. Smith of Mounds, IL; her granddaughter Beijz I. Smith of Jacksonville, FL; and also, Lashawn, Clarence, Barbara, Ms Beverly, Ms Sandra, George (Ms Rainey), Ms Laurie, Numerous Coworkers and Lucy (Her Dog). She is also survived by Nieces & Nephews.
