She was predeceased by: her husband Ennis Spencer McGuffin; and her siblings, Dora Finley, Theodore 'Ted Sims Jr., Samuel 'Sam Sims, Hosea 'Hossie Sims and Julius 'Jute Sims.
She is survived by: her son Addison McGuffin II (Nita Patel) of Dallas, TX; and her grandchildren, Elijah McGuffin of Chicago, IL and Indya McGuffin of Oakland, CA.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
The family wishes that memorial contributions be made to a scholarship fund that is being established in honor of Ennis & Rosalie McGuffin.
