He is survived by: his siblings, Randel Derr (Debbie) and Kimberly Stotts (Jeff); his niece Alicia Derr; his nephews, Jacob Herron and Jared Herron; his great-nieces, Jocelynne, Haily and Peyton Rose; and his great-nephew Joshua Herron. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
