She was predeceased by: her parents, Tomasa Alicea and Lucresiano Adorno; her sons, Jose L. Castro, Jr. and Baudilio Castro; and her husband Jose Luis Castro.

She is survived by: her children, Azalia Marrero (Moses), Osvaldo Castro, Sandra Castro, Cenaida Castro, Marisol Ortiz (Gilbert) and Antonio Castro.
