He is survived by: his mother Sercie Lee Holden; his children, James Holden, Sonya Holden (Shawn), Michael Holden (Kura), John Holden, Jr. and Ryan Holden; his siblings, Robert Holden, Oscar Holden (Norma), James Holden (Lola), George Holden, Christine Torrence and Sabrina Holden; his former wife Alene Holden; his daughter-in-law Lasandra Holden; his sisters-in-law, Sandra Parrott and Levern Buchannan; and his close friends, Hill Top, Theodues Parker, Jr. and Trivia Smith. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
Due to covid restrictions, only 50 people are allowed in attendance. Face masks and social distancing are enforced.
