He was predeceased by: his wife Lydia Rivera; and his siblings, Loretto Rivera, Alonzo Rivera, Paula Maldonado and Dionisio Rivera.
He is survived by: his children, Elena Rivera, Teresa Salinas (Donato), Robert Celestin (Deb), Alfred Celestin and Ofe Bazan (Martin); his grandsons, Steven and Justin; and his brother-in-law Felix Torres. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Rev. Terry Steffens will hold services at 5:00 pm Friday. **(MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL BE REQUIRED)** Epifanio retired from Inland Steel Company.
