He was predeceased by: his parents, Van and Anna; and his siblings, Warren (Evelyn), Eugene (Georgia) and Shirley Traicoff (Chris).
He is survived by: his daughter Janet Shirey (Gordon); his grandchildren, Ben, Kelly, Colleen and James; his great grandchild Kiran; and his sister Sylvia Dardin.
