He is survived by: his son Kaleb Anthony Ellingham; his mother Karen Dickens (Joe); his siblings, Brianne Thomas (Jeff), Desira Dickens, Mike Kern, Thomas Perschau, Corey Perschau and Joey Ellingham; and his friends, Tim Wachowski, Felicia Provins and Scotty Spindler. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
