He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph E. King and Betty Rose King (Beach); and his brothers, Richard King and Randall King (Gail). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn M. Hendricks; his children, Philip Waldorf (Liz) of Fort Wayne, Heather King (Ben Howard) of Fort Wayne and Bradley King (Rashanda) of North Webster; his grandchildren, Megan Waldorf, Philip Waldorf, Wyatt King, Wade King, Madison Howard, Gabriel King, Lillie King and Sophia King; his brother Ronald King (Sally) of Fort Wayne; and his sister-in-law Betty King of Medina, Texas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
