He was predeceased by: his parents, John Andrew and Mildred Toliver (Reynolds); his wife Barbara Hammond; his siblings, Walter "Buzzy" Toliver, Sandy Toliver and Doneta Odum; and his son-in-law Russell Royer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole Glass (Danny) of French Lick, Tabitha Royer (Barrett) of French Lick and Teka Marks of French Lick; his brothers, Mike Toliver (Kay) of French Lick and Danny Ray Toliver (Tracy) of Campbellsburg; his grandchildren, Levi Glass (Victoria), Samuel Glass, Dakota Royer (Ryan), Jovanna Hudson (Aaron), Natasha Marks (Noah) and McKayla Marks (Carter); and his great grandchild Maur Maur.
