He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Moffatt and Katherine Tuell Moffatt; his wife Carol Quinn; his siblings, Roger, Timmy Moffatt, Judy Anderson and Beverly Berk; his grandparents, Ray and Iva Tuell; his children, Ray and Nancy Emmons (Doug) of Georgia; and his grandchildren, Ian Emmons, Ashlyn Burns, Justyn Moffatt and Gary Moffatt.
