We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2022, at the age of 69, Deborah Ann Parks of French Lick, Indiana, born in English, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Howard Parks and Lois Parks (Brown); her siblings, Donald Parks, Shelby Newkirk and Sue Smith; her brothers-in-law, James Smith and Ian Ferris Newkirk; and her nephews, Thomas and Mike Parks.

She is survived by : her close friend Steve Rahn of French Lick; her daughter Sonya Nussbaum (Joe) of Woodstock; and her brothers, Donovan Parks of Greenfield, Richard Parks (Sue) of Paoli and Mark Parks (Janie) of French Lick. She is also survived by Step-Grandchildren (1) Step-Great-Grandchild, Several Nieces Danielle Atkins of Evansville Indiana, , Nephew Luke Parks of Huntingbrug indiana,, She also survived by her Great-Niece Nevaeh Haven of Loogootee Indiana and Nephew Kevin Haven of Loogootee Indiana. , and Great-Great Nieces and Nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Debbie requested memorial contributions be made to Southern Care Hospice in her memory.

“I was her great nephew. She was one of my best friends. I still think of everyday and its wrose with her being gone. Knowing she's not in pain anymore is a blessing but not being able to see her in person sucks. Rest Easy to the best great aunt i could ask for. I'll see you down the road.”
