It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Brenda Emmons of French Lick, Indiana, who passed away on October 2, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Edward Purkhiser, Jr. and Vera Gwendoline Purkhiser (Jones); and her daughter Marcy Dyann. She is survived by: her husband Louis Rex Emmons; her sons, Douglas Rex Emmons Nixa (Nancy) and James Nathan Emmons Jasper (Samantha) of Missouri; her brother Winston Ray Purkhiser (Paulette); her grandchildren, Ian McKittrick Emmons, Alexis Marcy Emmons and Anistyn Tyanna Emmons; her great grandchild Eden Elizabeth Emmons; and her nieces, Sherri Horton (Don), Pam Dixon (Michael) and Amanda Parsons (Ron).
We ask that all who attend please comply to social distancing guidelines and wear a face covering while paying your respects to the family.
