She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Kerns and Arlene Kerns (Van Hoy); her husband Leon "Doc" Toliver; and her siblings, Robert, Keith, Jerry Kerns and Patricia.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Reasor of Salem and Patty Riley (Pat) of West Lafayette; and her granddaughters, Amanda McKinney, Katie Riley, Rachel Palacio, Beth Bowsman, Heidi Tankersley, Megan Lowe and Sarah Colbert. She is also survived by Great-Grandchildren.
Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, guests are required to wear masks and practice social distancing (6 feet or more).
