He is survived by: his wife Judy Smith of Frankfort; his children, Leisha Pica (John) of Tampa, FL and Steven R. Nienaber (Courtney) of Lebanon; and his brother Mark Smith (Frannie) of Frankfort. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren.
