He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Karen Sue Sibray and David Earl Montgomery, Sr.; and his cousin Kyle Langkop. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Langkop, Jr. (Betty) and Mary Cunningham (Montgomery); his son Shawn Michael Montgomery, Jr.; his siblings, Angel Taylor (Greg Moyer), Ashley Harness (Austin) and Jeremy Langkop (Dana Chamberlain); his stepsiblings, Stacy Shannon, Kevin Bray and Taylor Bray (Kayla); and his grandparents, Jerry and Carol Langkop, Sr.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made in Shawn's honor to the family to assist with the funeral expenses.
