She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lee and Sharon Lynn Petty (Mansfield); and her stepfather Bill Miller. She is survived by: her husband Samuel Blackburn; her children, Hailey Caplinger of Frankfort, A. J. Caplinger of Frankfort and Jorden Blackburn of Frankfort; her sister Jessica Di Giovanni (Vito) of Indianapolis; her in-laws, Wanda Willard (Chuck) and Jerry Blackburn (Mary); her nieces and nephews, Antonino, Antonella, Rosa and Nicolo Di Giovanni of Indianapolis; and her aunt Penny Davis (Tom) of Muncie.
Memorial donations may be made in Shauna's honor to the Christian Life Church.
