He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie Lamar and Freda Burtner (Hinton); and his brothers, Gary Lamar and Jackie Lee Burtner. He is survived by: his brothers, Walter Burtner (Bridgette) of Lebanon, Kenny Burtner (Cheryl) of Bowling Green, Robert Burtner (Teresa) of Mechanicsburg, Randy Burtner (Aubrey) of Shelbyville and Mike Burtner of New York; and his sister-in-law Gayle Burtner of Arizona. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
