He is survived by: his children, Natasha Stoker of Frankfort, Randy Wells (Michelle) of Frankfort and David Wells (Tricia) of Indianapolis; his siblings, Theresa Smart of Lafayette, Mike Smart of Florida and Janelle Smart of Lafayette; and his grandchildren, Jordan Perinne, Cody, Emily Laughner, Averi, Oliver Wells and Gregory Wells.
