She is survived by: her son Ronnie Qualkenbush (Susanne) of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Emily Qualkenbush of Lafayette, Jacob Qualkenbush of Frankfort and Zachary Qualkenbush of Lafayette; and her great grandchild Dawson Warren of Lafayette.
