He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Elgin and Mary Grace Pletch (Ruch); his spouse Zillah M. Padgett; his sister Marilyn Snellenbarger; and his siblings-in-law, Lynnette Pletch and Fred Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Pletch of Frankfort, Cynthia Pletch (Berni) of Summerfield, FL, Nikki Malloy of Daytona Beach, FL and Jennifer Edmondson (Rick) of Frankfort; his siblings, John Pletch of Lafayette, Fred Pletch of Frankfort, William "Bill" Pletch (Sheryl) of Frankfort and Jacquelyn Williams of Frankfort; his grandchildren, Shawn Pletch (Jennifer), Curtis Edmondson (Emily), Elizabeth Stankard, Brandon Malloy, Derick Edmondson and Megan Smith (Jacob); and his great grandchildren, Amilla, Aidan Pletch, Makaila, Abigail Summers, Cole, Noralee, Neilen, Ettalyn Edmondson, Maximus, Harrison Malloy, Noland and Nathan Smith.
