It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Jean Porter Evans (Frankfort, Indiana), who passed away on July 23, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Oral Porter and Mildred Porter (Johnson); her husband Wilbur "Bill" Evans; and her siblings, Mae Purvis, Ernest and Earl Porter.

She is survived by: her children, Diana L. Prutsman (Keith) of Jacksboro, Richard "Dick" Evans (Sherry) of Frankfort and Dale Evans of Jacksboro, Tennessee.; her grandchildren, Matt, Eric, Kyle, Scott Evans, Michelle Prutsman Uranga, Justin Prutsman and Jamie Evans Priddy; her great grandchildren, Brittany, Emily Evans, Meredith Rose, Mallory, Jack Evans, Nathan, Cameron, Hudson Evans and Harper Evans; and her great great grandchildren, Luna, Matius Durkee, Stori Lynn Rose Durkee, Lana, Jason Pope, Grayson, Luka Prutsman and Bryson Ennis. She is also survived by her family and friends.

Memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer's Foundation.
