She is survived by: her husband Robert Waggoner; her children, Debra Gray of Frankfort, Brad Waggoner (Georgia) of Rossville and Brian Waggoner (Amy) of Frankfort; and her grandchildren, Morgan Stwalley (Vance), Bryce Gray, Brett Waggoner, Emily Harkrider (Chase), Lucas Waggoner and Trevor Waggoner (Mica). She is also survived by 4 Great-Grandchildren.
