He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Seiden (Mitchell) and James Blackburn (Cindy); his sister Patricia McQuinn; his sister-in-law Patricia Blackburn; his grandchildren, Trevor Blackburn (Kayla Brown) and Abigail Blackburn; his great grandchild Brayden Blackburn; and also Patricia Partridge. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
