He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. Bybee and Mary Tague (Cunningham); his wife Marsha McGill; his stepfather Jerry L. Tague; and his son Casey Lee Bybee-McGill.
He is survived by: his son Chad McGill (Jacki) of Sedalia; and his siblings, James Bybee of Lafayette, Gary Bybee of Frankfort, Mike Bybee (Christine) of Michigantown, Johnny Dieterly of Rensselaer, Jerry Tague (Tina) of Rossville, Kyrea McGill of Frankfort and Nichole Black (Gary) of Frankfort. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren.
