She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Shadoan and Virginia Shadoan (Hall); her spouse Rev. Janis "Bill" Godbey; her son Billy Wayne Godbey; her son-in-law Jeff Adams; and her granddaughter Renesmee Grenate.
She is survived by: her daughters, Glenda Skaggs (Brad) of Frankfort, Janie Adams of Rossville, Lisa Creasy (Wade) of Lafayette and Pam Jones (Denis) of Bringhurst; and her sister Marlene Sworden of Nancy, KY. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
