With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Nelson Clemens Jr. of Frankfort, Indiana, born in Lebanon, Indiana, who passed away on February 21, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Nelson Clemens Sr. and Anna Ruth Clemens (Essex). He is survived by: his wife Carla Jane Helms; his children, Cari Estes (Eric) of Lebanon, Jack Clemens III of Bluffton, SC and Scott Clemens (Diane) of Lebanon; his siblings, Jim Clemens of Lebanon, Anita Warren of Lebanon and Beth Forsythe (Ron) of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Kevin Estes (Danielle), Brett Estes, Jeremy Mercado (Emma), Drew Clemens, Xander Clemens, Gracen Clemens, Cole Clemens and Sawyer Clemens; and his great grandchildren, Brooks Estes, Luna Pace and Renee Mercado.
