He was predeceased by: his daughter Lynnette; his parents, Shelby and Louise; and his sister Kathy (Hoover). He is survived by: his grandsons, Hunter and Eli; and his siblings, Patty Hurst Diamond of Lafayette, IN, Don Hurst of Lafayette, IN, Karen Frazier of Houston, MO and Jim Miller of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by 8 nieces and 5 nephews.
