He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolland Sutton and Jane Sutton (Depoy). He is survived by: his wife Teri; his sons, Jacob Allen Madden Sutton (Kelly) of Peru and Matthew David Sutton of Norfolk, VA; his stepdaughter Megan Erk of Belle Fourche, SD; his former wife Linda Madden Imhoff; his sisters, Susan Graper (Brad) of Maryland and Carol Workman (Boe) of Annandale, VA; his mother-in-law Wilma Hammond of Arizona; his pet Bella; his close friend Carl Swan of Kokomo, Ind.; and also Lexine Hicks of Peru, Ind.. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Red Barn Summer Theatre, P.O. Box 706, Frankfort, IN 46041 and as we bid farewell to Dave, he asks that you "do an act of kindness every day.".
