He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Woodruff and Edna Lucille Woodruff (Bible); his wife Betty Louise Hill; and his siblings, Clinton Woodruff, Kenny Woodruff, Harold Woodruff, Fred Woodruff, Sarah Kingsolver, Wilma Forney and Glenda Kiger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
