He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Clement and Bonnie Jean Toney (Eikenberry); his brothers, Danny Michael and Elvis Toney; and his great grandchild Maverick Faulkner.
He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Porter; his children, Thomas Charles Toney (Pamela) and Nikki Lou Fouse (Terry); his siblings, Norma Jean Disinger, Carolyn White, James Michael and Jerry Toney; and his siblings-in-law, Dick Porter (Judy), Tim Porter (Lucy), Pete Porter (Judy), Brett Porter, Linda Michael (James), Lori McCarty (Gary) and Mary McCoy (Gary).
Memorials in Chuck's name may be made to the Clinton County Humane Society or the Wounded Warriors.
