She is survived by: her husband Bernard Ray Smith of Frankfort; her children, Jennifer Kay King (Damien) of Frankfort, Kelly Beth Coffman of Indianapolis, Kayla Rose McWhirt (Ross) of Frankfort and Nathan Allen Smith (Sara) of Godfrey, IL; and her siblings, Jeff Allen (Lorraine) of Antioch, Steven Allen (Casey) of Frankfort, Debbie Herring (Matt) of Frankfort and Tammy Lucas (Todd) of Mulberry. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren.
