It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Joe Hindsley of Frankfort, Indiana, who passed away on December 31, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Hindsley and Ersie Margaret Hindsley (Bushong). He is survived by: his wife Janet Payne; his daughter Loretta Chambers of Frankfort; his daughter-in-law Carla Cottrell Hindsley Johnson; and his grandchildren, Holly Richards, Becki Jones, Billie Chambers, Terry Chambers, Katherine Chambers, Sydnee Chambers, Sebastian DeLano and Elliott Chambers.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to either Shop with a Cop or Muscular Dystrophy Association.
