He was predeceased by: his parents, Will O. Lee and Birdie Lee (Turpin); his wife Lois Lee (Halsey); and his son Jerry David Lee. He is survived by: his children, Connie Leverett (Jerry), Ricky Lee, Tina Coffman (Jim), Shaunda Belcher (Phil) and Marie Tinsley; and his siblings, Christine Dean and Wince Lee (Merrideth). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Seals Funeral Home (122 W Staat St, Fortville, IN 46040). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
