She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Stoffer and Millie Stoffer. She is survived by: her husband Gary Dearduff; her son Chris Carter (Angie) of Huntertown, IN; her stepchildren, Tony Dearduff (Erin) of Huntington, IN, Matt Dearduff of Fort Wayne, IN and Bridgett Burkhart (Shane) of Huntington, IN; her brother Bill Stoffer (Vicki) of Wichita, KS; and her grandchildren, Dillon Balyeat (Angel), Drew Carter, Evans Carter, Adam Carter, Jeremiah Carter, Jacob Dearduff, Isaac Dearduff (Leah), Kaitlyn Adams (Dalton), Sarah Dearduff and Conner Burkhart. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
