He is survived by: his children, Jennifer (Eric Morgan), Robert Collins of Lexington, Kentucky., Joyce Collins of Lexington, Kentucky. and Rebecca (Kenneth Wolff); his grandchildren, Brandon Cooper, Kayla Collins, Lorelai Underwood and Izabelle Wolff; his great grandchild Henry Kremer; his siblings, James (Joyce Collins), Rev. Willie (Jenny Collins), Jerry Collins of Fort Wayne, Denzil Hylar of Fort Wayne and Sally (Ron Squires); and his close friend Theresa Brady of Fort Wayne.
