She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Weaver and Ethel Weaver (Denton); her father-in-law Ronald Davies; and her brother-in-law Roger Davies. She is survived by: her husband Ken; her son Justin Huffman (Franchesca); her grandchildren, Judah, Josslyn and Lyra; her pet Toby Keith; her brothers, Gary Weaver (Marsha) and Ken Weaver; her mother-in-law Virginia D. Davies; and her brothers-in-law, Terry Davies, Brian Davies and John Davies (Shelly). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be given in Jan's name to Riley Children's Hospital.
