He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Uren and Erma Uren; his former wife Judy (Haruko); and his brother Leslie. He is survived by: his wife Helga; his children, Tom (JoAnn), Gordy (Kari) and Carolyn Kinsey (Chris); his grandchildren, Bryant (Sarah), Jessica, Lauralyn (Paul), Christina (James), Jordan, Whitney, Parker and Mitchell; his great grandchildren, Trent, Noah, Alexander and Ethan; and his children, Rocky Point and Tampa.

Memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, 2900 N Rocky Point Dr, Tampa, FL 33607.
