She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Hoogerwerf and Margaret Hoogerwerf (Vandersnick) of Atkinson, Illinois.; and her sister Shirley Little. She is survived by: her husband Dan Morrissey; her sons, Pat (Denise Cleair) and Matt (LoRi Fryhling); her grandchildren, Sean (Jenny Trotta), Maggie, Kasey and Cooper; and her great grandchildren, Charlie and Avery.
