She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis E. Lentz and Ola M. Lentz (Miller). She is survived by: her children, David L Holmes of Wanamaker, IN and Gina M. Harrison (Holmes) of Oaklandon, IN; her grandson Jason W. Harrison of Oaklandon, IN; and her sister Retha Burnam (Pete). She is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
