She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Phillips and Gladys M. Phillips (Terry); her sister-in-law Middy Phillips; her husband William H. Woods; and her brother Charles Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Woods, Plainfield, Eddie Woods, Greencastle, Janet Miles, Fillmore Clifford, Judy Clifford and Cloverdale; her sisters, Coleen Nichols, Luella Jackson, Greencastle Corbin and Beulah Corbin; and her grandchildren, Tyson Woods, Ryan Woods, Melinda Shrout, Jodie Clodfelter, Kerry Miles, Kurt Miles, Kristie Bumgardner, Kimberly Cunningham, Lana Robinson and Jason Clifford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
