He is survived by: his father Herbert Welp of Jasper, IN; and his siblings, Keith Welp of Jasper, IN, Ronald Welp (Connie) of Rosemont, MN, Scott Welp (Anne) of Indianapolis, IN, Joe Welp of Jasper, IN, Mary Ann Beissel (Dan) of Apple Valley, MN, Robert Welp (Cheryl) of Celestine, IN and Michelle Fulton (Tim) of Evansville, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
