She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Carrol and Ruthie Mae Wininger (Brown); her brother Carroll "Buddy" Wininger; and her brothers-in-law, Jim Orr and Steve Nicholson.

She is survived by: her daughter Courtney Kitchell (Charles) of New Albany, Indiana; her sister Ramona Orr; and her grandchildren, Carter, Selah and Aaron.
