John H. Schipp Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John H. Schipp of Ferdinand, Indiana, who passed away on December 10, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert L. Schipp and Mary Ann Schipp (Loew); and his sisters, Evelyn Wetzel, Rita Burke and Joan Horney.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dan Schipp (Patty) of Carmel, Alice Messmer (Paul J.) of Ferdinand, Lois Coomes of Ferdinand and Mary Ann Martin of San Pablo, CA.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews and one great-great-nephew.
The family requests that social distancing and masks requirements be observed at the mass and at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Christ the King Parish in Ferdinand, Sisters of Saint Benedict, Basilica of St. Francis Xavier or the Saint Meinrad Arch Abbey.
