She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Smith and Vivian Smith (Pavey); her husband Bill Shelton; her granddaughter Hadleigh Shelton; and her stepson Paul Shelton.
She is survived by: her children, Darren Shelton (Leigh), Geneva Leonard (Nick) and Pamela Pancake (Frank); her stepchildren, Rose Goldman (Wayman), Tim Shelton and Lora Reynolds; and her sister Loretta Hickox. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
