She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lewis and Alice McKinley Coffman (Hilliard); her husbands, Herbert Junior Ford and Preceding; and her daughter Melody Ferguson (Ford).
She is survived by: her children, Carol Delclef (Fred) of Eminence, Dixie Wade (Charlie) of Plainfield, Joy Bredlow (Darrell) of Eminence, Cindy Arnold (Mike) of Indianapolis and Kevin Ford (Barbara) of Eminence. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
