He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Clark and Dorothy Clark (Alley); his wife Becky Clark (Merida); his daughter Tammy Clark; and his brothers, Bob, Tom and Gary Clark.
He is survived by: his sons, Perry Clark (Gwen) and Mark Clark (Tammy); his grandchildren, Jason Clark (Corey), Travis Clark (Addie), Courtney Campbell (Connor) and Brayden Clark; and his great grandchildren, Jace Clark, Molly Clark and Lane Clark. He is also survived by several in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to the charity of the donor's choice in memory of Ed.
