He is survived by: his granddaughter Brooke Mosbaugh; his former wife Denise Mosbaugh of Elwood; his son Dwayne L. Mosbaugh of Elwood; his grandchildren, Hannah Mosbaugh, Raleigh Mac Mosbaugh, Ethan Mosbaugh and Roman Mosbaugh; his sisters-in-law, Marie Mosbaugh and Dawn Mosbaugh; his nieces, Heidi Puckett and Sarah Robinson; his nephew Jeff Mosbaugh (Brandi); his great-nephews, Brantley Mosbaugh and Blake Mosbaugh; and his close friends, Corey, Sonya May, Chris, Carrie Arbuckle, Tom, Martha Bennett, Jim, Sherry Rebuck, Marcia Goings and Mark Genda. He is also survived by his family and friends.
