It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Lewis of Elwood, Indiana, born in Harrodsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on June 28, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Lewis and Ollie Lewis (Cutsinger). He is survived by: his former wife Theresa Goodnight; and his children, Margaret Lewis of Elwood, BJ Southard (Jake) of Elwood, Monica Miller of Elwood, Thomas Gene Lewis (Mandy) of Tipton, Kevin Lewis (Dawn) of Tipton and Jeff Lewis of Tipton. He is also survived by several loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
